About Us
A Seed in the Ground Foundation exists to walk alongside survivors of human trafficking as they rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and hope. More than 80% of survivors report experiencing financial exploitation, often leaving them without access to essential financial tools such as bank accounts, reliable transportation, safe housing, and other resources needed for long-term independence. Through our annual cohort-based Credit Reclaim Project Program, we provide practical coaching in Financial Literacy, The Debt Bondage Act, Debt Management, Credit Restoration, Banking Access, and other skills that help survivors build a strong financial foundation. We also connect survivors with trusted community partners for housing, employment, healthcare, legal assistance, and other supportive services, ensuring they have access to the comprehensive resources needed to achieve lasting self-sufficiency.

Mission
A Seed in the Ground Foundation walks alongside survivors of human trafficking by providing trauma-informed financial education, consumer rights education, and peer support that empowers survivors to restore their financial lives using the protections available under the Debt Bondage Repair Act and other consumer protection laws.
Vision
We envision a world where every survivor of human trafficking has the knowledge, confidence, and opportunity to achieve lasting financial freedom and economic independence.
